Construction Continues... Time is marching on and so is construction at Arbor Gate. With 220 homes completed
and occupied, we are pleased to have the community 60% filled. Looking back to September, 1996 when the
streets were started, to the first resident moving in February, 1997, Lakeview Center completed, August, 2000, the Driving
Range swinging into action, September, 2000 and the Pro & Gift Shop opening July 2001, you could say a lot has
happened in the past five years.
If you are wondering about the construction being done next to the Pro Shop, this will be a storage facility. We will
have a wide range of sizes from 15' x 44' to 5' x 10' units. We will also have heated units available as well as outside
storage for boats and campers. All storage areas will of course be made available to all Arbor Gate residents as well as to the
public. Our vision here again is to continue with the same quality service and aesthetics that we have previously
done in developing this community.

 Meet Janelle Janelle Stauffer is our newest addition to the Arbor Gate office staff. She is also a native of Ephrata, where she graduated in 1998. Previously, Janelle worked for her parents business, Indian Run Farm Produce. She has also volunteered her time working with Lebanon Valley Youth for Christ. Janelle currently lives in Lebanon where she enjoys gardening, baking, traveling and playing sports as some of her hobbies. She also attends Lebanon Evangelical Free Church. The next time you visit the office you will find her smiling face in our receptionist chair. Janelle will be taking over administrative assistant duties of Melissa who has just become a new mother. We are very happy to have Janelle with us, be sure to welcome her. |
